Away From The Net (“the App”) is a journaling platform designed for athletes and operated by ZenVolley (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When you use the App, we may collect the following information:

Personal Info: Your name, age, role (athlete or coach), practice schedule, and club or team name.
Activity Data: Journal entries, reflections, stories viewed, and streak progress.
Device Info: Anonymous data such as device type, app version, and crash reports.
Payment Data: If you subscribe, billing info is securely processed via Stripe or Apple/Google In-App Purchase systems. We do not store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Generate personalized journal prompts and motivational stories
Track your streaks and practice reflections
Improve app features and provide support
Send occasional updates or inspiration (only if you opt-in)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted services to power features within the app (e.g. Supabase, Stripe, analytics tools).

4. Your Rights

You can:

Request a copy of your data
Ask us to delete your account or journal entries
Change your profile info at any time via the app settings

6. Children Under 13
