No. Each Links has a lock-like mechanism that clicks into place when you attach it to your laces. Once you hear the click, it’s secured and built to stay on during practices, games, and normal movement on the court. It is of course possible in some situations for them to fall off.

Yes, duplicates are possible. Each LaceLinks box is packed as a surprise assortment, so while we try to give every box a good mix, some designs may repeat. That’s part of the blind box experience. You can keep them, trade them with teammates, or use matching pairs on your shoes.

Links fit best on Way of Wades but have worked on every type of volleyball shoe we’ve tested so far. They’re designed to click onto standard athletic shoelaces and stay secure while you play. You can easily get a refund if they do not work on yours. Though we make ask to see so we can work on it in the future

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Links must be unused and returned in their original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect within 30 days, send us a photo and we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Blind Boxes must be returned as a complete set.

There are two types of Links: Lock-On Links: Open the clasp, attach it securely around your shoelace, then close it completely before wearing. Slide-On Links: Remove or loosen your shoelace, slide the Link directly onto the lace, then relace and tighten your shoe.

Links are designed for normal volleyball use, but they are not indestructible. Hard impacts, snagging, excessive pulling, bending, or improper attachment may cause damage. In the 1000 test trials, not one has fully broken.
